Why do we call ourselves capuchins? From our ancestors, it has been passed down that everything started from the encounter with one of our first clients, the Portuguese explorer Linnaeus, who explained how the colors of our fur made us look like a friar of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin, who wear brown robes with large hoods. What laughs that day! We like the idea of the hood so much (and we also like cappuccino :-) that we often add a sprinkle of chocolate humor to our playful monkeying around.
